Question: What are your hours?

Answer: Our hours of business are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.  Messages left over the weekend will be answered promptly Monday morning.

Question: How many cards will I need?

Answer: You may need one card per family or one card per person depending on the vendor and each vendors discount offering. You can refer to our complete list (coming soon) of vendors to see each vendor and discount they allow (whether per person or up to a certain number of people per card). Below is a list of typical number of cards needed for each category of discounts although each individual business will determine their card rules:

Accommodations: 1 Reservation per card. Must be booked directly through the hotel or rental company. You MUST mention the Florida VIP Discount Card at the time of booking. Your card must be presented at check-in to guarantee the discounted rate. See each accommodation for discount details.
Nightclubs: Per Person/Per Card. May exclude Special Events. (ie. special performances). Discounts may be restricted due to age. See Nightlife Category for individual details.
Restaurants: Average of 10%-20% off entire food bill. Excludes alcohol. (Each vendor's discount varies).
Attractions: Varies from Per Person/Per Card to Entire Group.
Golf: Per Person/Per Card.
Shopping: 1 Card per Checkout.
Transportation: 1 Reservation per card.

Please Note: All discounts are generally Per Person/Per Card unless otherwise noted.  

Question: If I order more than one card, do you need the names of each person?

 Answer: No. Names are not printed on Florida VIP Discount Cards although each card has a unique   5 digit Member Number on the back we would like you to register. (See Register Card Page)

Question: Is Your Site Secure?     

Answer: Our site is 100% secure using a 128-bit SSL Certificate, to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. Our company's registration documents and site's registered domain name has been verified by our secure certificate host.

Answer: Our company is called The Florida VIP Discount Card and this name will be reflected on your credit card statement along with the total cost of your order.

Question: I would like my cards mailed to my home, how long will it take?

Answer: Most orders are mailed out within 24-48 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays. Please allow up to 7 days from shipping date to receive your order, depending on your location. Please note: Canadian or International order may take longer. Please make sure to include all proper address information (ie. Province in the CITY field).

Question: I am a Florida resident. Will the Florida VIP Discount Card card benefit me?

Answer: Of course! As a Floridian, you will benefit from using the Florida VIP Discount Card more often than vacationers to the Sunshine State. As a resident, you will have unlimited opportunities to use your Florida VIP Discount Card throughout the year. With our many VIP Business Partners you can literally use your card daily or at least weekly saving money everytime .

Question: What happens if I lose my Florida VIP Discount Card?

Answer: Unfortunately, if you lose your VIP card, you will have to order another. The Florida VIP Discount Card is considered the same as cash. If you lose it, someone else can find it and use it. It is very valuable and will bring you a huge return on your membership investment. We urge you to protect your card as you would your credit card.

Question: How will I know if you received my order?

Answer: We will email you a confirmation within 24 hours.

Question: What happens if a merchant does not want to honor The Florida VIP Discount Card?

Answer: If a participating vendor does not want to accept your valid Florida VIP Discount Card, ask to speak with the manager. It may be possible that a new employee may not be fully trained in the establishment's participation.  If for any reason you have a problem after speaking with a manager, please contact us immediately and we will assist you 9am-5pm M-F. Our phone number is (904) 638-3817 and is provided on the back of your Florida VIP Discount Card. We will always do our best to keep our Florida VIP Business Partner database up to date.  Unfortunately if a business decides to not participate in our VIP Business Partner Program we cannot be held responsible.

The Florida VIP Discount Card Company cannot assume any responsibility or liability for any claims, loss, delay, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from any act or omission by us or VIP Business Partners.  Vendors and discounts are subject to change at any time.

Question: Can I use my Florida VIP Discount Card and combine it with other discounts?

Answer: Generally Not. The Florida VIP Discount Card usually can not be combined with any other discounts, coupons, specials, or promotions.(Vendors vary there discount practices.)

Question: How Do I renew my Florida VIP Discount Card?

Answer:  Once your card has expired you will need to place a new order for your card(s). You can order new cards online through our quick order process or call us at (904) 638-3817.

Question: How many times may I use my Florida VIP Discount Card at locations that accept it?

Answer: You may use your Florida VIP Discount Card as many times as you like, at any of our participating vendors, until it's expiration date.

Question: Do I have to present my Florida VIP Discount Card each time I use it in order to receive the discount?

Answer:  Yes. You must present the Florida VIP Discount Card each time you go to a participating vendor in order to get their listed discount. Each vendor's discount varies and can change at their discretion, so be sure to check our website for updated information to see if their discount will be applied to only the cardholder or the entire group.

Question: Do you offer some sort of trial period or money back guarantee?

Question: How long is my Florida VIP Discount Card valid?

Answer: Our current Florida VIP Discount Card is valid until December 31, 2010. which is specified on the front of the card.  After that, the card will be good only for the current calendar year.   

The Florida VIP Discount Card, Affiliates, Fundraising Partners and Independent Contractors cannot be held liable or responsible if a merchant chooses not to accept the Florida VIP Discount Card for any reason at any time or the quality of services rendered, operation hours, business closing or any other problem which may arise from any vendor for any reason.  Before doing business with any company make sure they are licensed and in good standing with the state, county or city they are doing business in.
